Foreign Documents

Depending on the country of origin, documents may require a Hague Apostille or another form of legalization.

Documents written in a foreign language may also require a certified translation into Portuguese. However, there are situations where a translation may be waived, so the documentation should be analyzed individually prior to filing the application.
